Looking for a house to stay overnight located near to Kota Kinabalu metropolitan city? We have!

We are closed on Saturdays but we accept booking and payment earlier than every Saturday.
We also welcome anyone who loves to stay longer. The rental cost is negotiable.
The house we have is suitable for any unmarried person namely both genders and of course married couples with children.
Parking lot is available and it is very secure for your car. It also has a pool where you can relax plus a gym which costs you up to RM10.
So far, the premise I have is very convenient as it is still very new judging from its colours, clean toilet and rooms. We also have cooking utensils such as stove, gas, dish and bowl. Other than that, we also have refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, floor fan.
The front door is also very safe cause we have installed a grill and modifed its locking system. Find out later when you intend to stay overnight in our premise.
